Well, this bottle does not match the descriptions of Meadows and Tanzer. It has a nice golden color, not oxidized. Maybe it is a bit closed at the moment. A reticent nose that, with some coaxing, reveals notes of brioche, vanilla, stone and a hint of green apple or white flowers. It's a bit more giving on the palate, although the oak and vanilla qualities seem to have the upper hand, with the fruit a bit in the background. Nice acid with good lift, and a medium to light platate. Very very nice with grilled fish. But not as described in the critic TNs, at least not for now.

Dinner with fresh truffles (Sydney, Australia): Cheesy, oxidative and caramel nose. Palate is all sour acid. Faulty bottle.
