  • Upon opening, very very closed nose and extremely tannic so we gave it a 30 min decant and wow did that make all the difference. The wine got back to life. The nose was indeed the weak part, not much to pick honestly. The palate was still very primary with some ripe red fruit, perfectly balanced acidity and roundness and a long, very long finish. Very fun to see the evolution from the start to the last sip which was the best.

  • Sweet berry fruits are laced with nutmeg and cloves on the nose. It is sweet, creamy and dense in the mouth. There’s good minerality just below the fresh and a hint of Asian spice adds complexity. It is packed to develop with bottle age.
