Riesling theme (Famous Treasure): Flawed bottle due to questionable storage I think. Advanced colour and slightly sherried nose, bitter finish. Weirdly it was flabby and sweet for a GG.

Mid golden yellow with a green tint. Intense nose of petrol, ripe citrus and wet stones. In the mouth a bitter-lemon flavour with a mineral note. Medium plus body; racy acidity, balanced by some fruitiness. Good length. Overall quite dry, but not austere. Exciting wine.

Light yellow metallic. Very concentrated, mineral nose with notes of lemon zest, brass, steel, yellow kiwi, peach pit, almond, herbs and stone. Extemely sharp taste - blue steel, staggering citric acids, and yes - fully ripe fruit. Grippy as a rock, sharp as a knife, persistent as hell. With eleven grams of acids, this is extreme sport translated into wine, riesling taken to the limits. White light, white heat.

Beautiful fruit and acidity balance. Ready to drink now or within the next 5 years.

Brioche and crush gravel with a very light honeyed pear and waxy kerosene note. Green apple acidity dominates over minerality on the palate.
