High toned, fresh, very good nose. Tropical fruits with orange peel. strong minerality with the elegance of Chevalier should be. The wine continues to evolve in the glass while maintaining precision with good length. A smaller scale Chevalier that was delightful. Thank you Mike. the 01 and 04 just did not work out

Medium yellow color. Aromas of bruised apples, peaches, yellow citrus oil, hazelnuts and truffles. Palate follows through with sweet-sour and viscous orchard pit fruits, hint of earthy truffles, medium+ acidity and a long oily, nutty and slightly bitter finish. Pretty decent aged white burg that has thrown a lot of weight with age.

J's Birthday celebration (Summer Pavilion @ Ritz Carlton): High toned, very good depth on the nose. Saline, tropical fruits but with coldness in it, love the orange peel aromas here. Lovely minerality throughout, with the discrete and restrained elegance as a Chevalier should be. The wine continues to evolve in the glass and showing broader spectrum of fruits while still maintaining the precision. Nice length. A smaller scale Chevalier that still carry the identity and best of all, no premox.

From Magnum.
Fresh rich full tasting.
Still rather ripe and round with enough acidity to balance. Lovely now, but from mag this is still quite nascent
