From 75cl, good quality composite cork with natural cork layer at the wine end. Worried that this might be tiring, but it is still going strong (and tastes better to me than it did six months ago). Lovely saline note on the the nose; entry as ever quite full-bodied and rich, but with maturity an almost chalky mineral backbone has emerged on the mid-palate giving all that luscious fruit both structure and a surprising length. I wouldn't wait much longer, perhaps 6 months at the outside, but let's face it, there are many worse things to contemplate in life than drinking this stuff up. 89P

Nose is peach, pear, leeche, lemongrass, honey, and a white floral note. Flavors are peach, leeche, lemongrass, honey, and strangely enough a hint of watermelon. This is an absolutely delicious Albarino. Lighter bodied, but with a lengthy, complex finish for a white wine. Crisp and refreshing, with enough acid to work well with a variety of foods. Will buy again!

Drank at dinner at home. Light yellow color. Citrus/peach smells. Grapefruit and melon flavors. Good crispness and acidity. Softer and tastes more of honey on the medium finish. Would buy again.

you may notice a little sliver in the foil capsule on the bottle, I checked and all of the bottles were the same, now, if you peel it open like a gum pack... great packaging!!! visually, light pale straw color, scented with lemon, peaches and melon, the palate is intense from the attack, showing off verve, mineral, sharp acid and almost a saline-like quality, solid and refreshing, grilled oyster wine, or a match with any shellfish and butter

Ripe ruby grapefruit entry with a spritzy CO2 quality; midpalate mutates into a kind of noble Pfalz-Riesling-mixed-with-soda-water groove (some ginger, a hint of wood resin, very muted tropical fruits). Short finish. Weighty at 13% alc. A bit odd and not entirely convincing. Hope this settles down with 6 months in bottle. 87P(?)
