  After the premoxed Chassagne it was time to purge the cellar: Aromatics of candied white fruit and touch of honey, very dry and put on a lot of fat with about 15 minutes of air. Marzipan and a mineral laden Riesling like aromatic than join in. the flavor is rather delicate but the finish is fairly long with a lemony tartness. The more I sip on this the more enjoyable it becomes yet i suspect this is at the end of it's drinking window. Thankfully our last bottle.
