Since the previous bottle almost two years ago, this wine has developed quite nicely. Complex nose with a bit of green herbs. Quite light and a bit short on the palate, but has a nice balance and a bit of herby complexity. No need to cellar further.

Very light and refreshing. Quite simple though. We had it with duck, which was not a good match. This wine would go better with salmon, a salad or on its own.

Violet-burgundy colour. Light sulfur note on the nose. Baking spices (cinnamon, clove and tarragon) with dried cherry fruit. Very nice, complex and approachable. Fresh acidity lends a dynamic quality usually not seen in red Sancerre. Medium body.

one of the better red Sancerres I have had, fresh and real pinot fruit with of course some spicy but integrated oak. lovely, and next day even softer
