  APPEARANCE: Medium Ruby red, clear, bright = 4/4
  BOUQUET: Red fruits, tea, bramble, light wood, light butter = 11/14
  TASTE: Fruits, crisp, raspberry, cherry, medium light body, medium length and finish = 12/18
  PREFERENCE: tight and crisp with some fruit flavors, not very complex but good with food = 2/4
