biodynamic. pale yellow, green hue. mild aromas. fresh and zesty, lime flavours, demi sec, comfortable sweetness, smooth and balanced. some white floral and mineral notes. tastes similar to most NZ Riesling. pure, moderate and elegant, but expecting more complexity and length with its reputation as one classic Chenin Blanc of NZ.
Dipping into middle age at 5yrs. Quite classical with lemon tinged kero and soft minerally acids. Does show some maturity but only just a second phase. Really very pleasant.
