Loads of the lemon on the nose, then wet stone, green apple, tropical fruits like pineapple, clementine zest. Good concentration on the palate and superb acidity. Almost long finish with a strong reminiscence of green apples. Drinking very well now. Would be great to drink again in 5+ years and see where it goes.

Day 1 Nose: Grilled lemon, crushed stones, green apples, oyster shells, mineral and a little touch of unripe exotic fruit.
Palate: Nice acidity and aromas like green and yellow apples, lemon zest, wet stones and the minerality comes through clearly in the finish.
Day 3 The nose has opened up a bit more and there is more of exotic fruit and less apple. The minerality is still there. There is also a hint of creamy butter.
The palate is almost the same as on day 1.
This is, in my opinion, a good Chablis 1er cru. Nuanced, crisp and elegant. I paid 17,60€ per bottle so this is really good qpr!

Smell: Green and yellow apples (the green dominated at first, but with air and higher temperature the yellow took over), hard pears, citrus, quite buttery, a hint of nuttyness, light caramel-scent, minerals Taste: Same fruit as smell, clear minerality, quite high acidity, good concentration but there is a small bitterness like that in immature apples
A good chablis. Does the job without really shining. The butter and caramel tones made me think that oak was involved. But after a little research it proved that that wasn't the case. Guess it has to do with the malolactic fermentation. Needed some air and warmth to awaken but did so pretty fast.

Very light in color with a smell of citrus and apple and a hint of vanilla Good acidity with clear citrus notes. Not that aromatic but has a mince mineral note.

Nina's first great dinner for Pappii (Nina's): Precise, clean expression of Chablis. Quite enjoyable.
