Smaken sitter i länge. Mycket gott.

A more "Burgundian" expression, like it or not. Sour, woodsy, but seductive and elegant I think in a simplistic form. I get a little black cherry but it's more cranberry and raspberry for me, with salt water/stony notes and just a hint of the toastiness to come. Very interesting I think. Woodsy-spice and pure fruit, nice minerality. A bit monolithic but satisfying and ultimately interesting.

Black cherries and that telltale cola (of North American Pinot) on the nose, along with some pine needles to render things more interesting. Noticeable woody base, pretty big wine without much finesse. It went back and forth between seeming as though it had adequate fruit and then striking a rather dry, astringent chord. Low acidity makes it somewhat dull. Although I've admired other Evening Land wines, I'm not convinced about this one.

Very nice with dark cherry fruit and a nice touch of acid for structure as well as very full mouth feel. Great to drink now.

Good burgundian feel, some fucky red fruits, some sweaty notes on the notes. Good mouthfeel, feel quite fresh, pure but lacks quite complexity.
