Sweet pear, butterscotch and citrus on the nose. This is a full bodied, oaky and buttery Chardonnay with a load of ripe pear balanced by good acidity. The downside is the alcohol on the finish that overbears any other flavor. Too bad because I really liked their 2009 release.

Russian River, Sonoma, CA- Hailing from one of the premier areas for Chardonnay in the US, the Mills brothers grow the grapes for this boutique wine. Buttery, with vanilla and ripe creamy pear flavors in a medium-bodied format, with a long clean finish. Enjoy with fish or chicken. {Oak, Pear, Butter, Medium-bodied}
