Purple color, medium to full body. Sweet and delicious petite sirah, need not to decant, a lot of cherry, spice, violet, silky smooth and short finish. There's still some tannin, bitterness show up after couple of hours, better drink up fast. Nice typical California wine that you can pair with chicken, pizza or burger etc.

Color: Deep opaque inky purple. Nose: Vanilla and a hint of snickerdoodle cookies; some faint toast and balsamic vinegar in there. Taste: Restrained at first but opens quickly to a not insubstantial cola flavor with effervescent mouthfeel to match. Definitely not dry at all but somehow, at the same time, even less fruit-forward. Some bittersweet chocolate on the finish. A bit rough around the edges, but weird and worth trying.

Delicious, no food necessary, tart yet not over powering
