This is a fairly unique blend of the white Glera grape (traditionally used for Prosecco) and the black Nerello Mascalese grape from Sicily. The color is light salmon. It is pretty and has nice bubbles. The nose is clean and light in intensity. The palate is dry, with raspberry, apple and strawberry flavors. The acidity is medium to medium plus, and there is an intriguing tannic edge. The alcohol is medium at 12%. The body is medium minus in intensity, the flavor intensity is medium with a nice, easy but short finish. Drink now, not intended for ageing. This rose' is very adaptable and is good by itself or with appetizers. It is a good value.

For <$12 not bad, and better than the previous sample, and none of the off flavors, aromas Issac's professional review mentions ;) Maybe last nights hangover is impeding my sensory tools.
Light salmon color. Nose of strawberry, rose petal. Diminished flavor in mouth, not picking up sweetness, tiny bit bitter at finish.

Mostly Bubbles with Scott (Washington, D.C.): Light salmon color. This wine smells like watermelon, stinky gym socks and rose water. The palate tastes bitter and offensive. Screw this wine, it tastes like crap, and the producer must be a loser.

Bit off an odd ball. Likely a crowd pleaser in some circles. Slightly sweet, strawberry, powdery. A serious sparkling rose' drinker might be disappointed. Others might find it fun.
