  Cette bouteille m'apparait différente de la dernière.
  Apparence rouge cardinal, densité moyenne.
  Nez expressif, fruit sauvage, cerise (Ri), cassis (Claude), fumée (Ri).
  En bouche, un écart avec le nez, des notes végétales se mêlent maintenant aux aromes et saveurs de fruits rouges, les tanis sont fins, une acidité de fruits sauvages, les griottes, Persistance assez longue sur le noyau de cerise. Très digeste et en accord parfait avec le canard confit.

  Apparence rouge grenat, dense.
  Nez moyennement ouvert mais très original. Légèrement funky, écurie, floral, pivoine, petit thé des bois.
  En bouche, du fruit, de la mûre cuite, beaucoup de matière, de la mâche, les tanins sont structurant et bien intégrés. Un délice et au prix acheté au vignoble un cadeau de l'Irouleguy. Merci à la famille Riouspeyrous !

  France: 38 Wines from Kermit Lynch (E&R Wine Shop, Portland OR): Shifting gears from where we were, this is pretty heavy duty stuff. Thick and deep. Cabernet Franc and Tannat, so perhaps to be expected. Kind of funky, though discrete. Soft and mellow palate, but tannins build. Tart and generically puckering finish. Pretty mild.

  En pleine jeunesse, nous en avons versé un verre deux heures avant le repas. Très fruité, bouquet de fruits noirs et rouges, tanins présents mais pas agressifs, a bien accompagné le foie gras poêlé aux pommes de terre ratte. Bel ambassadeur de l'appellation, pour les sceptiques !
