  Extracted with Coravin. Lively and fresh, will keep on for a few years, but is very pleasant right now - not a sign of excessive alcohol or overripeness. Developed in a very nice way - polished tannins, vibrant acids, nice combination of blue and dark fruit, leathery notes, tobacco, dried leaves and earthy notes.

  Blue fruit aromas, charred wood aromas. Medium (+) purple color. This could easily pass as SoCal Syrah. Grilled bread palate, black and blue fruit, med(+) body, med (+) ABV, med (-) tannin. Works nicely along side red wine sautéed onion, mushroom, garlic, broccoli. Easy food.
