  • A decent semi sweet white wine from Michigan. Did not leave a sugary syrupy residue in mouth like some of these kinds of wines do. Was okay, nothing to rave about. Peach and other citrus flavors. Decanted.

A delicious example of Michigan's cool climate white wines: lovely aromas of peaches, melons and citrus blossom dominate. Delicate flavors of pear, mango and lychee overlay a crisp acid structure that focuses the wine and leads to a long, satisfying finish. Made with the addition of reserve juice, the naturally low alcohol content and luscious fruit flavors appeal to a broad spectrum of wine lovers. Blue Heron is an excellent accompaniment to traditional fare, spicy Asian dishes and today's "Fusion" cuisine.
