Drank this at Imperial Treasure, Changi Airport Terminal 3 during a Chinese New Year dinner.
Colour is pale yellow. Packs a punch on the nose with grapefruit and guava notes. On the palate the wine is savoury with tangy and fresh lime flavours.
We paired this with yu sheng and it turned out to be a nice combination.
