Great QPR for what this is....perhaps overall a little to much juicy fruit for me, a little to much sugar. Last note sums up fairly well. Tasty and a little complex with violet, floral, smokey, lightly earthy quality on nose that does come through on palate. Medium bodied with light acid and smooth tannin. A little vanilla quality comes through with the rest on finish. Would be tasty served a little chilled this summer...esp with BBQ! Can't imagine anyone not liking this this season, or if just getting into wine.

One of the best I've had for under $10. Didn't require much air, yet had enough flavor to keep it interesting. Not the deepest or most complex wine out there, but for $9 you have a pleasant, easy drinking wine.

Very deep and dark violet color, cherrry vanilla aromas, medium bodied balanced with mineral and dusty like tannins. Nice value.

Pacific Pointe Wine Tasting Club - Petite Sirah Smackdown; Round 2: Violet color with smoky, earthy dark fruit aromas. On the palate it's medium-bodied fruity with good acidity and blackberry, vanilla, and spice flavors. Medium-long finish. Great QPR @ $10!
