- Yellow color - Much better than I expected and a good value. It has the typical fruit and vanilla butter you expect from an oaky California Chard, but it is nicely counterbalanced with an acidic backbone and discernale minerality ro give it some interest. Fruit is not too sweet or tropical like some Cali Chards.

Darker color with a good concentration of fruit and a slight minerality on the palate. Definite high alcohol content and, for my taste just too muck oak. The oak imparts a great deal of vanilla and butterscotch to the wine that detracts somewhat from the fruitiness. Rate 89-90

Stone fruit and long finish. Full body with a touch of vanilla. Good acidity but not too high. Only fault - a little hot on the finish - 14.7.
