  Quite complex and deep nose, slowly revealing its values. Cassis, tobacco, leather, red pepper, earthiness. Medium plus body, deep, complex flavours containing a good mix of fresh and dried fruits, noble tertier aromas, slight animal notes. Nice intensity, showing good evolution on the midpalate and finish. Lots of tannin, ripe, velvety, pretty well-integrated. Rather soft and polished acidity, but giving just enough backbone. Rich,balanced wine, now in ideal bottle development-state. 91-92
