This initially had something off-putting that blew off by day two. Aromas of tobacco, earth, spice and plums. The palate shows a bit of funk along with forest floor, plum and spice. Integrated medium tannins/acidity. Drink now or over the next few years.

very tannic needs two three hour decant ....berries chocolate med legs not as good as i thought it would be...good price maybe a little better tomorrow

A nose of funk and earth, dark garnet in color. A medium bodied red, with plum, cherry, earthy funk and spice. Did long decant to try and get rid of smell but for me was too Old World.

Caramel-forward, with some interesting savory notes. Not too much fruit remaining. An interesting one to try for sure.
