  13% d'alcool, 50% Muscat, 20% Macabeu, 30% Chardonnay
  Œil : paille léger, éclatant, viscosité moyenne en parois
  Nez : projection d'intensité 3/10, beaucoup d'élégance, belle fraîcheur, fleur de tilleul, oseille, fruité délicat rappelant le raisin frais, l'abricot, le kumquat, le litchi, touche végétale, dans un style délicat et très invitant
  Bouche : sec, ample, presque satiné, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume moyenne, persistance moyenne+, rétro fruitée, florale, amère, et le muscat ressort beaucoup ici...
  Conclusion : nez très élégant, la bouche nous a semblé un peu déséquilibrée, bien que fort agréable. Fut un excellent compagnon de plats asiatiques.
