Fantastic stuff, so mouthwatering with complex sour notes balanced by malty-fruity notes and a long finish. bubbles still present b/c of the blend of 1,2,3 y.o. lambics (still sugar in the 1 y.o. to stimulate 2nd fermentation in the bottle). 30% wheat 70% barley. At the brewery

Utterly so pleasing; tasted this at Bastian Contrario pub in Parma and was a joy; funky, complex, lightly sour, full bodied but elegant, perfect balance and tons of character. One of the greats for sure.

Golden amber with lacy head. Nose malty, pithy orange. Palate full bodied, pithy orange, strongly mineral. Wonderful complexity and balance, shows its craft. thank you beerzebub. 94 pts

Cork shows this was bottled in 2012. Poured into the glass with a big head but quickly dissipated. Pale yellow color, cloudy, and a little yeast remains in the bottle. Nose is not giving up much but the palate sure makes up for it. Strong sour lemon flavor, citrus, mouthwatering, with suede and an ever so slight barnyard finish. This beer makes your mouth pucker, so I'm guessing high in acid, and the lemon is present through the finish. Seems low in carbonation. Very interesting and paired well with baked chicken.
