Yeasty, bread like aromas mixed with a little savory on the nose. Light, but pleasant, fruit but not heavy and thick, smooth with enough acids to keep it going. Very short finish unfortunately. Not a bad over the top new world syrah but at 14% not a light weight either. All in all, a great grilled hamburger (with onions, mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, swiss cheese) wine on a Thursday evening.
