Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 91 points

  • Appearance: Bright and clear, with pale lemon colour, medium bubble size and short persistence, watery rims and legs
Nose: Clean, medium (+) intensity and developing aromas of petrol, lemon, acacia, peach, grapefruit, cream, bits of honey
Palate: Off-dry with medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol and medium body. Medium intensity flavors of petrol, lime, peach, acacia, mineral. Delicate mousse and medium length.
Conclusion: Very good quality premium Deutscher Sekt with complex and a fairly intense nose. Good balance with the acidity matching well the off-dry sweetness, the palate is reasonably intense and also of good complexity. Reasonable length on the finish. Ready to drink now and can potential for further ageing of another 1-2 years.
