Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Fantastic mousse, thousands of tiny bubbles (yes, I'm singing). Light gold color; apricot and almond on the nose. Quince, honey, walnuts, cinnamon, and bright acidity on the palate. At some points I got sherry and my Thanksgiving sweet potatoes - which made me go 'Hrmmm…'. Overall I like it very much and love the bubbly factor, I would say I liked it more early on and with food than I did later on its own.
