Reticent nose, opened somewhat in the glass, but this should have had a serious decant (or wait 5-10 years). Lemon curd, minerals, medium plus weight, very good structure. Rating for now.

Role Reversal Lunch at La Paulée-Dujac Whites (Monts-Luisants) and Lafon Reds (Quince, San Francisco): Also pale color. Complex aromatics of ripe fruit, smokiness, and white flowers. Lovely combination of concentration and laciness. Vibrant orange fruit, gentle natural sweetness, slightly lower acidity than either the 2012 or 2008, but excellent minerality. Very elegant in this context. Broadest, most open of the younger wines. I really liked this one.

Muted and understated nose, nice mineral notes on the palate, but not a whole lot of depth or fruits. Not sure I quite get the enthusiasm of others for this wine.

a bit out of its peak, but remain a lovely wine since last sip 5 years ago. Crispy on the palate and lots of white flower on the nose.

Honeydew, honeysuckle and light mint on the appealing nose. The palate fell off, showing some heat in its current state.
