  Cherries swimming in Framboise and onion soup with leather, dusty stones, cigarette tobacco and wood smoke on the nose. In the mouth over ripe plum, cherry fruit leather, strong coffee, balsa and apple skin with a nice spicy, tart salted citrus finish. Lighter side of medium body, good acid, nice mineral edge and pleasingly bitter tannin.
  
  The fruit is no longer in charge, for sure, but with a little air this is quite a nice wine in a pretty nice spot right now. But I would drink up.

  PnP’d. Maybe needed a decant or is just in a shutdown phase. Medium red color. Bolder and deeper than previous bottles, but very tight and the strawberries and raspberries are very faint.

  Hélas cette bouteille et plusieurs autres bues depuis une année témoigne d'un vin qui a rapidement décliné. Le fruit est parti...et rien n'a pris le relais. Contrairement aux 2009 et 2010 qui sont encore debout, 2011 n'a pas tenu ses promesses chez Daniel Bouland (du moins sur cette cuvée). Bu en remplacement un morgon javernnières de chez Desvignes en bien meilleure forme !

  Robe : foncée, pratiquement pas d’évolution. De fines larmes se font jour à l'agitation du verre
  Nez : assez mutique à l'ouverture, au réchauffement on trouve un peu de fruits rouges, de fleurs.
  En bouche : C'est assez dense et compacte. On trouve les fruits noirs et rouges, avec un petit côté animal, un peu de poivre et une fine amertume en fin de bouche.
  Du potentiel. Bien ++
  
  C'est la meilleure que j'ai bue jusqu'à ce jour.
