Popped and poured. Rich apricot aroma. Flavors of tart stone fruit, minerals, with apple notes. Lovely bittersweet finish. Firm acids, gentle sweetness, some complexity, great staying power. Drinking well, with no sign of decline. Good QPR.

There was definitely a strong whiff of pineapple juice that carried over to the palate as noted by the previous taster. Decent acidity but not necessarily what I was expecting given the year, and much sweeter than the label would lead me to expect although this is certainly just off-dry.
Spicebread, linseed oil/petrol nose. Palate has some musty caramel that I find often with this producer's wines. But then wham: Great lemony acidity. Canned pineapple, talcum powder. And big time saline mineral finish! So fresh and puckering and alive! Still, glad I caught it here. Perfect balance of fresh and advanced to my "always seeking youthful, fresh-leaning wine that has worked out its youthful kinks" palate.

Much better than previous tastings. I think the drinking windows are off, as this seems much improved. On the nose, apple and wet stone. Palate, apple with honey.
