  Very full rounded Pinot. Alcohol a bit too high for my liking. Nice but would prefer a bit more austerity

  Pop and pour. Super extracted with plenty of syrupy raspberry, cherry cola, and spicey clove. Unfortunately a lot of heat and an chemical/chorine note on the finish. Enjoyable but not aging gracefully.

  Only decanted for 1+ hour but didn't need any more than that. Full bodied with raspberry and rhubarb notes. Great balance and drinking very well now.
