Not what I expected--not as sweet as I thought it would be. Wasn't all that interesting with Christmas desserts. Maybe better matched with cheese?

Carol Shelton Winery (Santa Rosa, CA): Not a bad way to end the tasting. Aromas of plum cake and caramel sauce. Sweet raisins on the palate, with caramel, chocolate, plums and mocha. This went really well with dark chocolate.
