Very dark red/purple color. PNP, drank a glass plus over 2 hours. Loamy with deep mountain berry fruit, blackberry compote, boysenberry, plum, a little dried earth and subtle tobacco. The palate is full bodied, some layers, deep berry, blackberry, boysenberry, cassis, loam, mineral and a hin of dark chocolate. Melding tannins and a nice texture. Holding up nicely, should be good for 3 to 5 years.

Nose is fairly faint. Great cab flavor, not too fruity, good body with good tannins. I like this one, but not superlative. Maybe just a bit past but not too far

Impressions of baked fruit and oak tannins on a savory frame. Long vanilla finish.

Showing some signs of oxidation (dried prune) but otherwise still quite enjoyable. Austerity of fruit, cigar box, polished leather, earth, med finish.
