I had low hopes given the previous TN's on CT, but this was very nice, especially considering the tariff. Splash decanted, it was pale ruby, slightly tawny colored. The nose was mildly confected red berries and loamy earth. Nice fresh palate, once again with red fruit, ample cut and some persistent fine tannins. Nothing wrong here, and I'm happy to have several more.

after having had this several time I know the development of this wine as it opens is key. starts out very thin and somewhat poorly in flavor, lacking much fruit, but several hours open helps considerably to add fruit flavors to otherwise forest like flavors. Never great but an interesting wine nonetheless. Finishes very silky across the palate, like satin between your fingers, lovely.

I could drink this every night. Beautiful rustic fruit, nicely balanced. I wish I have bought cases of this on release.

Very nice the first night but did not hold well. Try with salmon.

The nose on this one is much different than the Luca G Lot Pinot. Forest floor, dried leaves. The palate is a little lacking in backbone.
