Very odd yet fun wine. And honestly I'm not sure if this one is nearing the top, at the top, or just over the hill. But it is delicious. The wine smells like ripe peach and some butter. Entry is viscous. Butterscotch. Mango and butterscotch dominated front. Seems to have some kind of basil note in the middle. Tame citrus to a butterscotch and heavier finish with some tannin still present. Opened alongside a 2010 Aubert Hyde and was a good sparring partner.

This is such a good wine, so easy to drink. We gave the first bottle a 93 and this is just as I remember and even better. Great aromas on the nose, long legs, buttery mouth feel, and tart fruity tastes on the mouth with incredibly long clean finish. This wine stacks up well against Kistler, Dumol, Peter Michael, and other high end California Chardonnays.

Doesn't disappoint. Very good, solid chardonnay. Holds from previous notes. I noticed more minerality and less of the buttery chard characteristics with this one. Lots of grapefruit, minerality up front. I think this will hold another year, but it's time to really start drinking this one now because the complexity is starting to dwindle a bit.

Great Chardonnay with some subtle aromas of fresh tropical fruit on the nose. Very refreshing on the palate with multiple layers of tropical fruit, mangos, and minerals with a very long acidic finish. This compares well with other high end California Chardonnays.

Drank at a wine club with Cream of Cauliflower Soup. Paired against a Shafer 2010 Chardonnay. This wine won in a close call.
