  • Fruity nose with lots of blackberry and dark forest fruits as well as undertones of dried laurel. The wine continues with intense fruit aromas of sour amarena cherries and dried cranberries on the palate. The beautiful interplay between the typical Ripasso-sweetness and the present acidity structure guarantees that despite the concentrated fruit the wine remains impressively fresh and juicy at all times. A magic conjunction only a Ripasso is able to deliver and the "Le Bine" is a surprisingly excellent example especially given its rather low price point around 6-7 EUR. Definitely recommended if you hold a place in your heart for this traditional Valpolicella speciality.
