  Had with paella. Flavor profile changed from my last bottle. Very enjoyable. Did not find this had as much length as prior. Agree with other notes that there seemed to be some tannic structure remaining, but do not think this will improve at all.
  
  Very enjoyable wine, but liked it a bit younger myself.

  The wine is a very nice wine and drinking well right now. It has improved over the time I've had bottles. The fruit is sound and flavorful and the wine is well integrated. It still has many years of good drinking to go.

  From Garagiste 6+ years ago. This is extremely nice. Classically styled while being rich, multilayered, and quite decadent. This is very seductive stuff for a cold night. HM always impresses. Now very much in the zone but with plenty of tannins that suggest another 4-5 years easily. Sadly, my last bottle of this one.

  Cork shredded, but wine was great. Drinking well right now. Rich, dark, fruity, fairly tannic..
