Ahh, much better in a Zalto white wine, or rather, a zalto Albarino glass. Massively concentrated, how 'bout this -- needs even more time in the cellar. Its so power packed and concentrated.

In a Zalto white wine this is stunning - lemon curd, biscuits, minerality, pronounced all. And the palate is gorgeous - cream, salt, minerality. Amazing.
