matured and a little oxidative. lots of character and complexity. probaly could benefit from a little decant. excellent in combination with food. Not everyone will appreciate the devlopped taste.

2017 Chassange Montrachet Rouge Blind: I remember the last I tasted this, I give a high score of 97 6 months ago. And both from same source, unfortunately this bottle is more advanced and show sign of oxidation. Notes of bruised apple, nutty, barnyard. I thought it was a 1980s champagne when tasted blind. Hopefully able to revisit this bottle again.
