A nice surprise. Was sure this one would be dead and gone. But no, lovely. Still fresh and fine and with a lot of mature character. Impressive indeed for at PF.

Blind tasted. Nutty grilled lemon nose with quince and butterscotch/brioche on the palate from light oxidation. Too old for my tastes--could have worked well enough with a French onion soup but the salmon terrine it was paired with accentuated the flaws. Drink up.

Un nez de pommes évoquant presque un chenin, signe d'évolution prématurée, légère oxydation. La bouche est pas mal, bel équilibre structurel, fraicheur, mais les arômes confirment une évolution prématurée.
