($18) Pleasant, varietally correct Sauvignon Blanc. I don't taste much wood, but the palate is a bit creamy. Tropical fruit, grass. Good concentration.

($15) Reliably good. Nose of a Sauvignon Blanc, but the palate is less varietally distinct and begins to veer toward a nondescript, albeit somewhat tart, Chardonnay. No major complaints, still.

(FERRARI-CARANO FUME BLANC 2006) #3; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-light golden; NOSE-smokey (a little concerned) too creamy & Oaky; like a Granola Bar w/ butter on top; TASTE-too much Oak, stick to being a Sauvignon Blanc; too gooey; better for a Chardonnay; GV-82

($18) Off Bottle? This time the wine was creamy and simple. Definitely preferred the more aggressive style I tasted at The Mercury restaurant.
