Very nice bouquet of honeysuckle, spring flowers, petrol, and steel ores. The concentrated, mouthcoating, palate shows some ups and downs. The attack and mid palate are lush and appealing. The back and finish reveal a biting, greenish, steely, bitter element that detracts from an otherwise excellent wine.

No formal notes on this but there was something about it that I just didn't care for. The sweetness was spot on to my tastes but maybe a hint of tart grapefruit or something that I'm not a fan of, some type of flavor note that I've associate with an SB before. Overall the wine was decent and good for the price, just not my favorite Reisling to date. Paired well nice salad and chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy Asian sauce (BW3's Asian Zing). Also went well the next day with turkey meatballs, stuffed mushrooms and spaghetti squash with herbs and Parmesan.

Yellow color, not sweet but rather dry to my taste. Has some tartness or bitterness which makes it pair with food OK. Not terrific but not bad too.
