Opened on Wednesday to honeydew fruit on the palate and intense green "herbal" notes (ok, let's just call it what it is--deliciously skunky pot) on the nose. This wine just keeps on giving, transforming by Sunday to become a powdery floral thing in the nose and evolves into a witbier-like thing full of coriander and banana on the palate with an interesting geranium finish. Completely overperforms, and current precedent be damned--I will gladly admit I'm drinking a pinot grigio if it's like this one.

Rather killer Pinot Grigio. Tropical, sweet finish, for everyone. Not trying to be anything but darn you could pound it down at $12.99. From a totally flat vineyard, so probably made in the winery, but really, I don't think I care at all. Still crisp and mineral.

Light apple flavors with a simple crisp profile. Flirting with being an apple cider. Pretty tasty if you can get with the style.
