Nose: There is excellent balance to the nose with custard, Meyer lemons, pears, mineral tones, apples, and some floral notes.
Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium/high acidity. The feel is plush, yet balanced with meyer lemons, pears, custard notes, and some apples.
Overall: This is drinking beautifully. It's balanced with excellent depth.
