I am glad the stopped their mediocre Chardonnay and spiced it up with a little bit of Assyrtiko in this blend. The color is yellow gold and there is a little oak. The acidity is satisfying and the wine has an medium body. Nice try but not good value for money, I will stay with their estate white.

(Wines of Northen Greece Fair, Grande Bretagne Hotel) 85% Chardonnay and 15% Assyrtico, 5 months spent in new oak. Light oaky, vanilla and citrus hints in the nose. Medium acidity, oaky notes in the palate too, green hints, medium body and medium lime aftertaste. Still too young.

Oinorama Wine Fair 2012; 3/17/2012-3/18/2012: (Tasted at Oinorama 2012) 85% Chardonnay (6-8 months in oak) with 15% Assyrtico (tank). Quite balanced with refreshing acidity and a nice buttery feeling to it. Full in the mouth, medium aftertaste. A nice effort (even though they'll be using all the Chardonnay for this label now)
