Deep red color. Strawberry, black pepper, roses on the nose. Moderate acidity with good tannins. Nice fruit, sour cherry and raspberry, along with a meaty backbone. Good length and depth, easygoing and high enjoyable.

Knightsbridge 2011 Burgundy Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Tasting, brief note. A small step up from the Charlopin-Parizot Bourgogne just tasted. A little more ripe red fruit and good spice. Fun wine for the next few years. Very good Bourgogne.

Purple colour. In the nose cherries and other red fruit. Palate again red fruit, good concentration, some round tannins, very clean transparent wine.

Generous with nice floral traits. Plenty of red berry and very decent structure for it's level.
