Yeah, air is your friend. A couple hours in the decanter at least. Harsh dark fruit with a wicked load of tannin on the pnp. Smooths out to more red fruit with air. Outside chance it's an age thing, but I think the the 2005 is better.

This is starting to come into its own. Decanting is a must. Good finish, good balance. Perhaps better on its own rather than paired with a heavy meat dish; or, I haven't found the right pairing yet.

Starting to soften up, but its prime is yet to come. A little hot at first. Needs a thorough decant.
