Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Not quite sure what to think of this. I had a glass last night and it went very well with chicken and roasted veggies. Tonight I am sipping the rest and it is missing something. I am more used to drinking cabs with a heavier handed oak treatment and I think I may actually be tasting the cabernet grapes and missing the oak. Note to self - drink in one sitting next time.
