Light straw color, bright quality. The nose on this wine is off the charts, Asian pear, perfume, and spring flowers. A bit fruit forward on the attack but immediately backed but with a balancing salinity. Yellow apple and yellow pear flavors. Medium weight yet soft mouthfeel and a lingering finish. One of my favorites and perfect pairing for seafood.

Popped and poured, and then let it warm up just a bit from the fridge. Great aromatics of flowers, honey, and minerals. Excellent palate of pears, stone, honeysuckle.
I bought 3 of these recently, and plowed through 2 quite quickly - an excellent bottle of wine that hits my sweet spot. This and Calicaro are probably my 2 favorite Viogniers right now. All of the qualities I want without overdoing it.

Consumed over ~2 hours at cool room temp. A fresh, lively rendition with pear & stone fruit complemented by floral notes and a nice underlying acidity. Beautifully dry and light, particularly for a viognier from CA. Very well done.

Boy this drank good. Aromatics were lively--ginger, honeysuckle, floral and then the palate was nice and zingy, balanced. Really stood out, delciious.
