OK, I let it sleep a while, and it's a point less! (Statically significant? Probably not) . More importantly, this wine from a lowly appellation, in a great vintage is still alive and kicking. Nice nose and a well balanced palate. Properly stored, this wine will be good for several more years.

My last bottle of this told me "let me sleep for a while". A text from my son suggested otherwise. Popped and poured tonight, this wine is open for business. I agree that there is a touch of brett, but it adds complexity. Fragrant Pinot nose is reflected in the palate with great fruit and balancing acidity. Some unresolved tannins. Long finish reprising the lovely palate. Not a benchmark wine by any means, but a great value. Drinks well but no hurry to drink up.

Classy sweet and bright pinot nose, full of promise, and the palate doesn't disappoint! Nice depth, with a hint of Brett, but what stands out is the balanced interplay of fruit and acid.

Subtle floral aromas coupled with copious amounts of sandalwood. Red fruits very delicate on palate. Acid medium plus and alcohol well integrated. Nice, but really expected more complexity.

Have rated this wine higher in the past. Perhaps I've tasted too much good 2010 Burgundy. Still it remains a well made wine for a Chassagne Rouge. Not much on the nose other than alcohol, but palate is refined and well balanced. Good fruit. Light bodied, and a good finish.
